    Spring brought back the colder temps- so nice. It was a brisk 25 degrees at 6am, but the hills in my neighborhood warmed me up very quickly.

    The hills in my neighborhood are brutal after running on mainly flat surfaces for most of the winter. My legs are more sore than they have been in quite a while.

    Very short amount of time to get a run in between picking up kids. 20 miles planned for tomorrow, so maybe good that it was short.

    The gym was less packed at 9:30am, so I was able to grab one of the two spin bikes. Made up my own workout and was crazy sweaty by the end. Loved it.
