    Ran with Sly. -20 with the windchill. Tough run, but good time. Sidewalks were plowed but still soft.

    Ran inside with Shaggy and Sly. Distance is an estimate as none of us had our Garmins. Good run followed up with 20 min on the bike.

      It was tough for me too- it being windy or just being Tuesday, or a combination. lol We are being rewarded for putting up with the weather in November/December and we deserve it!!

    This was my first run of 2013, Yay! Lucky enough to run in the sun. Running this route made me realize that I have not run enough hills lately. Hospital hill gave me a run for my money.

      Marc, I will definitely need to ramp up in the new year. A base of 10km runs during the week with 16-24km runs on the weekends should do it.
