Took it as easy as possible on this. Relaxed into 2 1/4's around race pace part way through with a 1/4 mile or walk and easy run in between. That pace seems so easy when you're rested and only going 2 miles.
Time to work, eat, work the expo, pick up my packet, sleep, get up and race. Here it comes. I'm as ready as I'm gonna get. I hope to have some awesome stories about the people I run with tomorrow to share with you all. Have a freakin' awesome Friday everyone!
