I took a stroll down along the river this morning and I noticed that they have little markers of the planets. I don't run this path much so I never noticed these before. They must be spaced relative to the distance between the planets because the first few were close together but the last couple were far apart. I thought about the way I learned my planets; My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nine Pizza pies. I thought about poor pluto and how it is no longer considered a planet. Poor pluto!
Somehow I missed the funniest of all planets; Uranus, both on the way out and back. Bummer. Oh well, that reminds me of a joke: What do the Star Ship Enterprise and toilet paper have in common? The both circle Uranus (your anus) and wipe out Klingons (cling-ons). Ha ha ha!
I followed this paved path to the end and then along a worn area next to the river for a little while before turning around. I took a slightly different route home and ran into a dead end so it ended up a little longer than I thought at the turn around but that was ok because I got to tresspass to get back to the road home.
Anyway I tried to keep the heart rate comfortable and think I did ok. Avg HR was 145 @ an avg 8:55 pace.
