      A few weeks back I managed a 20:44 ... by far my fastest 5k to date ... but I sounded to anyone nearby like I was going to drop at any moment I suspect!!! Great performance Jeremy and certainly a great cause. ... and nice finish!

    This was probably not the smartest idea to do less than 12 hours before a race but it is just a 5k.

    135 seconds of planks per side split in 2 parts.
    132 pushups (23, 28, 23, 23, 35)

      Active recovery ... and your legs were mostly spared ... I think this effort will be beneficial as long as you get some rest and eat of course! Best of luck at the 5k!

      I know I ran somewhere around a 5:30-5:40 mile during a track workout in high school cross country. Never anything official, though, and I'm nowhere near that now - although my endurance is considerably better now.

    I am not good at planks. I was supposed to do 120 seconds of planks. I didn't even try to do it all at once but broke it into 2 60 second sets (on all 4 sides)

    Also 80 bw squats.
