      Nice meeting you and running with you man! I know my heart rate on the bike is like 20 below by runs! You seemed to be keeping up just fine though - we were sucking wind too!

    Calves still felt pretty tight. Mile splits were 7:07, 6:22, 6:48. A little harder than an easy run :)

    First run back since the half felt okay. Ended up running a little slower with Char and Ryley.

    Nice early morning run with Ryley. Tested out the Soleus GPS watch and it worked wonderfully.
