      Thanks :) I'm sooo horrible with excuses, especially since I have breathing issues. It's actually because of those issues that I should have no excuses... the only way to improve it is to keep doing it! LOL.

      I did :) That may have been the most flat half marathon I've ever done. I'd do it again if I was closer! The wind had nothing on the Race the Runways half I did in Maine and even the barely rain didn't bother me except that it kept me from bringing my camera. The views of Crazy Horse on the race course were amazing.

      It's a really great course! My favorite in the area is the Deadwood Mickelson Trail half in June. If you ever get out this direction again you should check it out! Someday I hope to get to the east coast for some runs!!
