  11. Fell taking the dogs out yesterday morning. Scraped up a knee and a palm and twisted an ankle. No running for me yesterday and today. 😕 I have my fingers crossed for tomorrow though.

    Well... went to test out my new Garmin Vivosmart. It's mileage is not accurate. It also didn't sync to my Nike+ app. So... guess next time I'll use my Nike+ app with it.

    Official start to BAA Half training. As long as I can stick to a training schedule, I should be fine. I got this! First two miles were consistent but the last mile was a struggle, serious slow down.
