    Considering the lack of training... I did WAY better than I expected. Official time - 3:03:28. Not a PR but the best I've done since 2012. AND I ran the whole first mile, no walking!

  19. Fell taking the dogs out yesterday morning. Scraped up a knee and a palm and twisted an ankle. No running for me yesterday and today. 😕 I have my fingers crossed for tomorrow though.
