    Planned to go outside since its warmer today but it's still icy. Felt pretty damn good though even if it was on the treadmill.

  8. Curious. I keep doing the same walk 2 min, run 3 min on the treadmill... at the same speeds... and yet my pace is different each time. Just an observation. :)

    Slept like crap and my ankle hates me. Exhausted. Slush outside kept me inside. It's done though. Now I can sit on my butt and read school stuff the rest of the day.
