    I won't even talk about how horrible it went. I'll leave it at... I knew I probably shouldn't have gone but I did anyway and I sort of survived. :(

    I don't get it. I seem ok doing races but when I try to run outside of a race my body will not cooperate. My back is killing me.

    No energy after a lousy nights sleep. Not the 8 miles I was aiming for but pretty darn good considering. Better than nothing crash prepping for next week's 10 mile race.
