    Finally able to start running. It's only been 4 months. Guess pneumonia was good for something, it made me completely start from scratch. Start slow and working back into it!

    So I had pneumonia. I'm only just recovering but my lungs can't handle running yet. Starting back up with a half mile of walking, at least until I can do more.

    Made it two of the four laps. Lost all my flags about half way through the second lap. Didn't see any point in making myself walk two more laps up what seemed like mountains in the woods LOL.

    Not bad. Still need to get more miles in during the week but I'm finally starting to run a bit more regularly now. Very slow progress.

    A struggle. Back hurts, shin hurts, breathing was hard, and no energy. Didn't care how slow I was or how long it took, got it done.
