  1. RUN
    good Greenlawn 3.22 mi 00:47 14:26 pace

Great weather today so it was time to go outside. Not as great as I would have liked but still good.

  2. RUN
    great Treadmill 3.11 mi 00:40 12:47 pace

I've been awful in Nov about getting back into running. Found some motivation in the fact that all of my pants are too tight. Ooops. Today's run went awesome! If only they could all be so... read more

  3. RUN
    tired Treadmill 1.51 mi 00:21 14:05 pace

Was inspired today... finally. Now I need to keep it up. Good news... twisting my ankle at my training session this past weekend seems to have left no lasting damage.

  4. So much for that whole no excuses thing. Sleep hasn't been going well, including last night. Not sure that I'll be running tonight like I'm supposed to.

  5. FIT
    alright Yoga Class 01:00

I need to log other workouts on here too not just running/walking. So I usually love yoga class but I struggled a little at the end.

  6. walk
    tired Treadmill 1.01 mi 00:20 20:08 pace

Very slow get back into it start. Got a new trainer a few weeks back and she works me harder than my previous one. My thighs were uber sore, hence the walking instead of running. BUT I did it regar... read more

Thanks :) I'm sooo horrible with excuses, especially since I have breathing issues. It's actually because of those issues that I should have no excuses... the only way to improve it is to keep doing it! LOL.

I did :) That may have been the most flat half marathon I've ever done. I'd do it again if I was closer! The wind had nothing on the Race the Runways half I did in Maine and even the barely rain didn't bother me except that it kept me from bringing my camera. The views of Crazy Horse on the race course were amazing.

It's a really great course! My favorite in the area is the Deadwood Mickelson Trail half in June. If you ever get out this direction again you should check it out! Someday I hope to get to the east coast for some runs!!

Only 2 laps before we all lost our flags. Maybe next year!

  9. RUN
tired Only around a few blocks. 0.69 mi 00:12:33 18:05 pace

Why why why am I once again getting sick right before a vacation/race?!?! Ugh. Hard to breath when you have crap stuck in your throat.

  10. RUN
    tired Treadmill 2.02 mi 00:28 13:50 pace

Tired since I've been up since 1:30 am but I needed to try out the new shoes. It's amazing what a difference they make!

  11. RUN
injured Around town. 6.32 mi 01:38 15:26 pace

Well, cut short but better than nothing.

  12. RUN
good Around Town 10.03 mi 02:33 15:13 pace

Not bad. Tired... but I had the potential to keep going. I'm pretty confident I can do the race, time to sign up!

  13. RUN
    tired Treadmill 2.16 mi 00:34 15:35 pace

Been out for a bit cuz of my knee. Slow and short to get back into it.

  14. Do I run this morning or not? Scheduled to get in 8 miles. However, I woke up with a headache and my knee is still bothering me. I don't want to injure it.
