No running yesterday. Due to the events in Boston I had a long night at work. Won't be going to my yoga class tonight either since I'm not sure how long of a day is ahead of me today.

Awesome. Nice and flat and quick... well for me lol. Official time 49:00. Some breathing problems but with it being a bit warmer it was much more manageable.

Yeah, took the last 2 weeks off. I get so frustrated that I breakdown and get hysterical. That half 2 weeks ago broke me for a bit... then I wanted to wait to see what the ENT said.
