    Pretty darn good considering how I've been lately. Enjoyed the awesome views although it was tad chilly with the wind.

    Made it two of the four laps. Lost all my flags about half way through the second lap. Didn't see any point in making myself walk two more laps up what seemed like mountains in the woods LOL.

    Not bad. Still need to get more miles in during the week but I'm finally starting to run a bit more regularly now. Very slow progress.

    I don't get it. I seem ok doing races but when I try to run outside of a race my body will not cooperate. My back is killing me.

    Garmin didn't work so well on the treadmill so 2ish miles. Guess I'll go back to using Nike+, no big deal.

    I finished. Sporting some road rash after wiping out somewhere around mile 6.5... mostly walking after that but I kept going.

    No energy after a lousy nights sleep. Not the 8 miles I was aiming for but pretty darn good considering. Better than nothing crash prepping for next week's 10 mile race.
