  1. RUN
    good Greenlawn 3.84 mi 00:55 14:20 pace

Cold but good to be outside. I've been horrible lately... need to make more effort to stick to the schedule.

  2. RUN
    tired Treadmill 1.5 mi 00:26 16:59 pace

Seriously not feeling the treadmill. Walked most of this one just to get it done.

  3. RUN
    injured Greenlawn 1.8 mi 00:29 15:49 pace

Another day outside! Too bad my breathing sucked and my shins have decided to revolt. Did it anyway.

  4. RUN
    good Greenlawn 2.09 mi 00:30 14:36 pace

Happy to be outside and testing out a new app that so far I'm liking.

  5. RUN
alright Claddagh Pub 4 Miler 4.11 mi 00:59 14:24 pace

Cold but not bad. Official time was 54:42.

  6. RUN
    good Treadmill 2.41 mi 00:31 12:54 pace

Awesome pace for me!! Attempting a different training plan, we shall see how it goes and if it works better for me.

  7. RUN
    tired Treadmill 1.51 mi 00:20 13:34 pace

Tired and not feeling it. Rather than strain my ankle again, I shortened the run. Some is better than none right?

  8. RUN
    good Treadmill 3.01 mi 00:42 13:57 pace

Back at it. Ankle feels good.

  9. RUN
    injured Treadmill 0.66 mi 00:09:31 14:28 pace

    Fail. Ankle is still hurting.

  10. RUN
    injured Treadmill 1.56 mi 00:21 13:21 pace

Was gonna go outside earlier today but my ankle was bothering me. Figured I'd give it some time but apparently it wasn't enough. Only made it through half of my workout. Dang.

  11. RUN
    good Treadmill 5.01 mi 01:08 13:33 pace

Planned to go outside since its warmer today but it's still icy. Felt pretty damn good though even if it was on the treadmill.

  12. Curious. I keep doing the same walk 2 min, run 3 min on the treadmill... at the same speeds... and yet my pace is different each time. Just an observation. :)
