    Unplanned break. Its been nuts at work, last week was an 80 hour week for me. Barely had time to sleep. Trying to get back to normal this week but it's still crazy.

  7. No running yesterday. Due to the events in Boston I had a long night at work. Won't be going to my yoga class tonight either since I'm not sure how long of a day is ahead of me today.

      Yeah, took the last 2 weeks off. I get so frustrated that I breakdown and get hysterical. That half 2 weeks ago broke me for a bit... then I wanted to wait to see what the ENT said.
