    good treadmill/elliptical 4 mi 01:00 15:00 pace

    not bad today - mixed up my routine with running on the treadmill with the same intervals (2 mi.) and the remaining 2 mi. on the elliptical machine... ^_^ feelin' good yay!

    Running at intervals with resistances @ 1 and 4 & speeds of 3.5 to 8.0...... im so out of shape -_- ....
