Rough start down the mud road, then once we got back on the trail I caught my second wind. Not a great run but I was happy to get out.

Keep positive and at it. It is never easy, but will become a little easier. I know that does not make sense, however it will sooner than later. You will continue to build strength and stamina by staying focused every week.

Thanks guys, I'm worried now, havn't been out since this one and felt crappy then and now have had the flu and felt crappy all week, gotta get back in the saddle so they say! Gonna be a hard week coming up that's for sure!
