Gorgeous (lil chilly) morning for a long run. Met up with Brian A., Richard P., Kris M. and Rebecca B. at Forest Park for an out and back to the Arch. Legs were slow to wake up but after mile 12, plan called for 1min on/2min off, 1.5min on/2 off & 3 on/2 off for the next 8 miles. Split from Brian & Kris around 12, Rich and I hung for the pick-ups then I ended up finding Rebecca again around mile 19. We ran for a little bit before I had another pick-up then I saw her AGAIN as I was finishing up. ha! Set up my Garmin to alert me every pick-up & recovery, so I couldn't see the total mileage and ended up doing 21...hmm, oops. Pretty tired but happy with the way it went.

P.S. Rich is going to KILL Chicago...he has no idea what he's capable of...kicked my butt on the pick-ups!

P.P.S. Sorry Matt B.--we never saw you in the park! And I'm REALLY hoping we didn't leave Tanya W. behind...We left later than 5 and didn't see you, girl!
