Felt way too good for a twofer...Ended up having to hit the treadmill because my oldest, whom I rely on for babysitting now, is on a school trip, daughter is at soccer, husband working 'til 8:30, leaving the youngest home with me. Took him to the gym for a bit and busted out the dreaded afternoon run. I kept it at a slow pace but my legs wanted to GO. I'm sure they'll be dead tomorrow.
