Not really altitude training if you only spend 2 days at it...no time to acclimate. Surprised my mom by flying in for her birthday and spending a couple days at their cabin. Plan called for 3 miles easy, 2min @MP/2min recovery for 4 miles and 3 easy miles. The elevation profile is SICK. I was able to get most of the workout in but was done at 9. A win in book. Happy weekend, friends!

Any effort while not acclimated is amazing! The last time I was in the mountains, I exerted myself with a full day snowboarding and felt like hell for two days. Great job on this one!
