Not really altitude training if you only spend 2 days at it...no time to acclimate. Surprised my mom by flying in for her birthday and spending a couple days at their cabin. Plan called for 3 miles easy, 2min @MP/2min recovery for 4 miles and 3 easy miles. The elevation profile is SICK. I was able to get most of the workout in but was done at 9. A win in book.
