good Longun 18.05 mi 02:35 08:35 pace

Did a little switcharoo on the schedule and busted out my long run today. Started off with Casey & Trigg then met up with my two buddies who are training for their first. Casey turned back at 3 and since the other two gals were running a different pace than I needed, I just ran back & forth to keep some company. We ran a loop in Forest Park then back up a tree-lined street. They were done when I hit 11, so I just meandered around Clayton to fill in the miles.

Plan called for steady 15 then drop the pace for the last 3--had some pretty wicked hills, so I wasn't very consistent:
9:35, 9:02, 9;11, 8:32, 8:31, 9:04, 8:35, 8:36, 8:30, 8:33, 8:27, 8:22, 8:24, 8:40, 8:43
then last 3
8:14, 8:14, 7:36
NIIIICE and toasty (82*) by the end...gonna refuel like it's my JERB.

You are killing the miles, JJ! Someone at work asked me out of the blue if I wanted to move to St. Louis, because they need a permanent engineer there for a big client. The first thing I thought of was that if I went, I would get to run with you!
