Really nice run with Luke S. & Matt B. this morning--met up at 5am for some loopty loops. Luke promised me temps in the 60's...he lied but I'll take 75* over 89* any day. Matt had 12, so did two loops in Forest Park and then Luke and I tossed in another one for funsies. I'm usually suicidal after 2 laps but I was able to pull off 3 without wanting to die! Temperature and company make a huge difference.

Garmin was dead when I woke up, so I tossed it on the charger for 10 minutes, then used the USB charger in the car. It actually lasted the whole time!

Mmmkay, I'm done and tomorrow I rest.
