Went through the souped up Ab Ripper routine with Great Gramps while my brother wandered aimlessly through the gym. ;) Poor guy was overwhelmed by all the machines. haha 40 reps of each with 100 consecutive mason twists holding the 8lb medicine ball. Hit the decline bench for another 80 reps of various goodies.
