Just felt meh today. Maybe it's the heat, or maybe it's from the quicker run yesterday but didn't have any mojo going into it. Gym felt especially warm today, too. Almost quit at 6, then again at 7 but started to feel better after a gel. Played with the incline. .25m with 3% on/.5 off and did that for 7 miles.

    It's always true 1 in about every 5 runs are good. Keep pluggin away..that's how it's done. Can't have them all..but you DID IT.
