Got to sleep in this morning, so had to hit the tread. Wasn't about to brave 92* with stupid humidity. I never wear make-up when I work out but I *do* spruce up occasionally when I go to church. Forgot to take it off before hitting the gym and had some scary raccoon eyes by the end. Started on 6.6 and upped it a tenth every mile so splits were 9:05, 8:57, 8:49, 8:41, 8:34, 8:27, 8:20, 8:13, 8:06 & 7:45 at the end to get DONE. Just needed something to do to keep it interesting. Legs felt good and breathing was never an issue. This coming week is a stepback, so I should be good & rested after that.
Followed the run up with 3xOdin exercises, along with shoulders and biceps. They're still sore from Thursday's beating, so didn't push it too hard on the bi's.
