good Chillaxing 1400 m

Took the kidlets to the pool and since I didn't run today, put in some laps. Concentrated on reaching and catching but still struggled with drinking half the pool. My arms were pretty wasted from weights this morning, too. Running long predawn with Brooke, Brent C & Amy Z!

    There are a couple of drills you could do to help with the breathing. I assume you are taking big gasps. Try doing a few laps where one arm is held out in front and stroke with the other. Breathe to the side that is doing the stroke with each stroke. Take it slow. Head should turn to take the breath as your arm is coming out of the water. Way to get in 1400!
