Hit the weights post core and have never been wrecked like this.ever. Great Gramps yelled at me like I was in boot camp and pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of. I never would've done this on my own. Worked biceps and triceps and left the shoulders alone since I hope to swim later. I'll be crying tomorrow when I can't carry my water bottle.



I like to hear that! We all need that little extra push. WAY TO BE!

Hey - btw thanks for this post. It motivated me to get up yesterday and mix up the usual weights routine. Went after biceps and triceps hard. Feels good to be sore today.
