great Gawd Awful Time of Day 10.01 mi 01:27 08:42 pace

Bless Amy Z.'s heart, she's willing to get up at the butt crack of dawn to run with me. Her husband has to leave the house at 5:45, so that's what time we set out to finish. Alarm went off at 3:45, out the door by 4:15 and hit the pavement at 4:30. Amy had 8 on the schedule and I had 10, with a blind progressive. Ran her back home and set out with the last couple solo. I think the progressive would've been easier had we picked a flatter course (http://tinyurl.com/d9zjvqd) but all in all, I think it was a #win. Thanks again for the stupid early miles!

Wore my Kinvaras for the first time in a couple months--felt good. Still another couple hundred miles left on the pair I wore in #RagnarFLKeys!

Splits: 9:27, 8:36, 8:56, 9:03, 8:51, 8:35, 8:42, 8:37, 8:17, 7:58

See, you did speed up on your last two! Thanks for the early miles. Could not have done them without you!! Not sure of a nap is in the cards for me today, but love having the miles in and all the laundry folded by 6:20. ;)

What a warrior-ess! I have a hard time w/progressives w/out the watch...you sure as heck didn't! That time of night (don't even tell me that's considered "morning"!) is bizzare-ly early IMO...waking & stumbling around to take a pee is the only fw movement I have at that time!
