Set my alarm for 4:45am and had every intention of going out for a solo long run. Missing my Brooke but she's doing the right thing and listening to her bod. Turned my alarm off, reset it for an hour later, thinking I'd just switch today and tomorrow's workouts. Turned it off for good at 5:45 and woke up at 7:30. Soooo...TO THE GYM! First treadmill run in months but I couldn't bear the thought of running in 85* with 70% humidity. The fan on the treadmill was actually a treat and the music video loop kept me thoroughly entertained. Started with a 9:05 mile then increased the speed every mile by a tenth. Ended with a 7:35 but only because I didn't want to reset the treadmill again. Overall, not a bad run. TOMORROW, I promise to put in my long run. Happy FUN FRIDAY!
