alright Mid Section 00:45

Since I hadn't done core in over a week, this one seemed really tough. Still got through 40 reps of each Ab Ripper exercise and 100 consecutive mason twists with the 8lb ball. Hit the decline bench for another 80 varying crunches. Good stuff!
