First day I haven't had to drive the kids to school, so I slept in and boy was I sorry. 78* when I set out at 6am. Splits were pretty consistent but I have to work harder for them in this heat. Hopefully in another week or two, it won't hurt as bad. Happy Memorial Day, friends and a huge thank you to all who serve for our freedom.

It was warmer in Michigan than Scottsdale yesterday! BTW, if I had to do it all over again, I'd make the kids drive themselves to school, screw the little rat ba#%&@# :)

You usually don't hear sleeping in and 6:00 AM in the same sentence, but I'm with you. Nice 10 in the heat. It's always tough acclimatizing to the warm weather, but it's nice when you finally have.

It is sad the think that it was already 78* at 6am. Try mid day running. That is when the fun begins. Nice 10er, JJ. Keep up the hard work.
