    Finally got the ok from chiro/physical therapy peeps that I can do 20 min jogs. Knee/hip still a tad sore after the fact but felt ok while running.

      Did they say no elliptical or exercise bike as well? Maybe use this time to cross train some. It is always hard to not do anything to heal- be patient.

      hang in there and play it smart. Spin and elleptical has helped me through those time in the past. Don't push to hard you will be on the road before you know it is you listen to the body
