Well after about 2 weeks off due to knee pain I'm back. Start PT Thursday. Pretty sure it's IT band issues.

Baton Rouge this Sunday! Eeek! It will be my 5th and hopefully my fastest. My longest has only been 17 though so I am not sure how I'm going to feel...well I have some idea how I'll feel :)
