    Ok, this is not my best time, but also not my worst. Not too bad for little to no training. I'm hoping to shave about 10 minutes off my my time next weekend. I can dream, right!

    The workout at CFC today was 1600 + 1200 + 800 + 400 probably the fastest I've run. I think I'm going to start incorporating this into the usual running rotation.
