    Conditions were BRUTAL!!!! We didn't want to race this particular race--but we did, AND we helped our club earn 3rd place overall!! Long, exhausting day, but worth it:)

    WOW! Great Sunday run... huge Summer swell--couldn't avoid it--and had tons of fun burning calories in the Pacific Ocean--ailments and all! (neck & shoulder are still hurting really bad)
