DRIVE was my key motivation today! I kept telling myself, "what drives you to do what you do?" So thoughts were just playing over and over to take my mind off of the groggy feeling. Same route from Monday but it felt so much different! Talk about low on fuel and still going for a run. Not really a healthy choice but I really wanted to get my run in after my workout at the gym. I had a 3 hour gap so I decided to do it all within that time frame. I dont really think that was such a great idea. In the end, I survived and felt good but getting into the groove was a bit harder than usual. Weather was nice and a bit warmer but I would much prefer cloudy days with some mist to refresh me.
