good Chalene Extreme Burn Phase 1 - day 1 00:40

Got this in last week and been Jonesin to get started. Was supposed to start June 1, but I couldn't wait anymore.

The worst part about getting started on this was the fit test and the "before" pictures. Oh good Lord!!!

Paused the dvd a few times to get in the proper position (worked sometimes) and had to go back once cause I was lost. Big shock!!!

Have NO IDEA how to determine calories burned. But it was a workout - and sure it will be even more of one once I figure out the program and processes!
