      LOL, I changed the flat first and then saw a "bump" in the front tire which made me push harder and go faster and PRAY PRAY PRAY that God would get me back to Faulkner before it burst...

      I can't do the between the toe thing with the vibrams.... I do have a pair of Merrell barefoots with the vibram sole and they are M I N A mal.... I have to be very careful in them.... or I end up with plantar fasciitis.... you may have some pretty sore lower leg muscles tomorrow girl!! :) nice lil brick!!!

      oh my goodness!!!!! bless your heart!!!!! I have never heard of fix a flat for a bike tire???? sounds like it was a mess!! I'm too afraid to even use those co2 cartridges.... I'm just gonna stick with the good ol fashioned tire change and an air pump!!! :) is your tire okay???
