      Thanks! The ankle is feeling much better but not anywhere ready for running yet unfortunately. Which is a bummer because this summer has been a lot nicer for running in terms of cooler temps.

      Quick neighborhood walk. Twisted my ankle two weeks ago (darn yard work) but needed to get out in this gorgeous weather. Foot hurt where I was wearing the brace so cut the walk short. Felt good to be active though.

      Thank you! We just moved into a house so trying to get settled in plus a longer work commute has left little time to get out. Hoping to get back to running soon. This was our first walk in our new neighborhood. :)
