We have a problem! I literally left at nauseous. That has never happened! I think I have been working out too much! Is that at all possible?

    yes, it's possible! take a day off & rest up!

    If I ever feel nauseous during a workout, it usually means I didn't eat enough or well enough for an intense workout. If your joints are hurting then you are definitely over doing it. Feel better.
