  3. Been doing CrossFit for two weeks now! I'm still soooo sore after every workout/next day. What can I do to prevent the pain?

      Keep going regularly. I almost only get super sore now when I miss a couple days. Give it a couple more weeks!

      I felt the same way when I first started my weekly strength training sessions, but it does get better. Although now and then a workout will really get me!

    Did this yesterday! A lot of fun with my daughter and old friends!! Corn starch is very hard to get off your body btw!

      We did it too! I still have purple on the inside of my thighs and somehow orange got under my shorts and onto my bootay and refuses to come off!
