    Didn't have time to go to the gym so ran around my neighborhood. Captain Obvious statement of the day: Running in the wind and humidity is harder than running around the track at the Y.

    I had two goals when I started running again three months ago: Run a half without stopping to walk, and be able to run a 10min mile. I have officially reached both goals. Now what?! :)
