After weeks of dealing with a pulled hip flexor, I'm finally starting to get better! Ran .75 miles with no pain! Stretched out really well too. Now to hope out doesn't tighten up at work.

    Hope the injury stays away. I had a problem hip flexor at one point and found that it was because I was running on the treadmill. Something about that very repetitive motion tends to weaken the things. Just tossing that out in case you might be dealing with something similar! Once I started running outside where I had greater overall control of my pace, that problem went away...
