    Went great. I've not been good about getting out to run lately. I've been walking, playing foot golf and softball, but no running. Felt good. Need tho get better about getting this in!

    After weeks of dealing with a pulled hip flexor, I'm finally starting to get better! Ran .75 miles with no pain! Stretched out really well too. Now to hope out doesn't tighten up at work.
