      Way to go with the 7 miler! I love burning calories, It lets me eat whatever I want sometimes. Still sticking to healthy choices, but Pizza and a few beers is OH SO Good after a nice long run!

    Everything was great until we may the long journey up the bridge. My calves and thighs were taking a good beating! If only everything felt as good/easy as running downhill! :)

      I'm thinking I need to get some better inserts which sucks! They really help with my shin splints but i keep getting blisters on the inside of my heel on my long runs! :(

      Nice ride, I love my cross training days too. Its great for building up strength in your legs to power your run and extend your endurance.
