2 swims in 4 days? What's up with that!? Thanks to Emily B. for meeting me, or I never would have gotten out of bed in time to get this all in!

Warm up: 200 swim (long and loose), 200 pull-no paddles (breathe 3/5/7 by 25s), 50 kick
Set #1: 2 x 50 - kick with fins; 6 x 50: 25 drill/25 swim-perfect body position (2 times through: #1-catch up drill, #2-fingertip drag, #3-fist); 0:10 RI
Set #2: Pyramid FR Intervals, 0:10 RI (50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 200, 150, 100, 50);
Hold a moderate relaxed pace up the pyramid thru the 250, then descend each interval as you go down the pyramid (last 50 is FAST as you can)
Cool down: 2 x 50 as 25 BK/25 BR

    Denise, I actually don't have any tris on my calendar right now. I think after the last few years of focusing on big races I'm going to go more lowkey this summer and just workout because I like it! :) You've already knocked out some big races this year. It is so impressive!
