    Paced my friend Rox - both undertrained we took our time and enjoyed the day. I had a some leg cramping in the last mile but we did it and I proudly collected my 11th half marathon medal :)

      Just read you story and wanted to commend you on your many accomplishments. There is much to be proud of...you are an inspiration to many, including me.
      Everything happens for a reason. Listen to your body and take care of yourself. There will always be another opportunity to run a half or full marathon.

      Jen my love don't worry you are not alone on sunday, I'm afraid i am trying to figure how i will finish too, but saying that i am determined to make it to the end. I have no time plan just a plan to make sure i see and go over the finish line.
