    2 miles wu, 8 x 800 (progressed from 10.2 to 10.9). 1/4 mile jog rest until I got to the last two. Now I'm going to attempt the Crossfit open 15.1 workout. Yikes

      What do you think? I agree with Chris's dad in the preview that he likes Becca more but feels Whitney is more wife material/more ready for marriage. What a show. ;)

      I think he has two good chicas left. I think Becca is being real and honest....that would be hard. I think he goes with Whitney.

      I agree with you about Becca. It is only "normal" to not feel ready to get engaged in such a short time or to know already if you could spend your life with the guy in Iowa. Wish they wouldn't make such a big deal of small town Iowa...it's not that bad. :)
