    1.5 mile wu, 8 X 800 (10.1-10.8), 1/4 jog between. 2 X 400 (10.9 and 11.0). This was the 3rd attempt at this wo, and I'm glad I waited because it was the best of the year.

      You are so good at listening to what your body needs each day and working out appropriately! That is probably one of your keys to success. So smart.

      Thanks Jane! I think mentally it's tougher on me to have a mediocre wo, so I want to make sure I'm feeling good on hard days. Crossfit has also forced me to listen to my body more than ever.
