    I don't know how to calculate today's mileage. It was more than 2 on the bike, less than 1 on the treadmill and on the elliptical. I'm just going to call it 2.

    Did 2 miles in the gym this morning before taking my dog to the vet's and saying goodbye. Sucky workout. Sucky day.

      I consider running against the wind to be similar to running hills Neither are fun but both make you a stronger runner.

    Did this after the 4 mile run and was surprised at how darn hungry I was!

    First time running beyond 3 miles. Took it nice and slow and sweaty.

    Gotta be careful working the legs to failure. That makes it tough to walk out of the gym!
