    This would be the prowler...a metal sled with weight you then have to push across asphalt for 200 M...3 times. Ouch!!!!

      Not as bad as you would think. Or maybe I am just deaf from the pain. And believe me, I was wishing it had wheels today man. Ha, ha...thanks. But, hey I'm no cyclist ;-)
