This was a victory on several levels. First, I did NOT want to run. At all. Spent time pondering why I was even signed up for all these half marathons. And once I got out there, Ieft my intervals at 1/:30 instead of 1:30/:30 and apparently, I busted through with a similar pace. I need to even that out so I can keep on track with K during RnR in Va Beach, but we'll figure it out.
