    Trying to take it easy on my ankle after rolling it and swim in lieu of running for my 1/2 training. San Diego is less than two weeks. I'm hoping I can make it through the whole run :(

      He wasn't dressed like a normal Sunday hiker and he seemed to slow down when I got closer to him. I slowed down and walked and watched him go around a corner. When I got close enough to see around the corner like in a few seconds he was gone. I mean nowhere to be seen and I could see very far down the trail at this point. It was as if he ducked off the trail. I'm sure he heard me running behind him as I breath very loudly. Anyway, it was creepy.

    first run after getting sick with a cold, I think. It actually felt pretty good and I made back before it started to seriously rain.

    I ran with a friend today for the first time since starting training. It sure does make a difference. I think I'm back on track after my foot injury. Pain free run tonight.

    first run walk since my foot injury last weekend. New running shoes. I should have purchased them a while ago. I felt like I had a whole new body!
