According to my observations, women who were running fast before pregnancy become even faster after they've had a baby :-) Running at 34 weeks is great! Best wishes!

AM in Bethesda 6 mi 00:55 09:09 pace

Slacked off this weekend, but that was ok since I had some knee and leg pain. Easy 6 with 8x20 sec striders.

  9. RUN
Stupid run... And slow 4.5 mi 00:42 09:20 pace

Stupid because I ran alone, an in the dark in my neighborhood. Tsk tsk. Slow because it was all I could do to get out the door. Slow miles > No miles :-)

Just saw you announced your pregnancy! So happy for you (and I must say relieved since I have randomly known that for awhile now and I'm a worrier...)! 9:20 is definitely not slow, especially for a soon to be mama :)
