    Lovely little jog around the trails and campus of Valley Forge Christian College. Nice way to end the weekend in PA. I'm back on Long Island, ready for a long week of classes.

    Went for a walk after a great fatty dinner at elevation burger. Felt good to get out and move a little. Probably going to check out this trail tonight for a run by myself.

    Well, quick as in I was exhausted and this was as fast as I could run. Slow as in I was really slow. Hoping this tired thing doesn't last long and my body adjusts to my hectic schedule.

    Nice easy jog around the neighborhood at my temporary home for the summer. Wasn't the greatest run but it felt good to stretch my legs a bit after a couple of days off. Now back to unpacking.

    This wasn't the greatest yoga workout I've ever done. I felt crappy the whole way through. I may not have been over the stomach thing I faced on friday night.

    I had so much fun! Learned how to climb. My body is probably going to hate me after running a 5K before hand but it is totally worth it! Can't wait to go again!
