    alright 5 mi

    TM run due the downpour. Mixed speed between 6.7 & 8.0. Weight class for 1 hour afterward. Terrible cold on top of it!

    50 minutes elliptical & 20 stair master. Good cross training.

    First training run for the Chicago Marathon. Very humid and rainy, but felt pretty good. This is the longest distance I have ran in awhile!

    2 miles on the elliptical. Not a lot but definately got a sweat going! Also did lunges, squats and full upper body. Made for a bad run later in the day.

    Holy humidity!!! I took 1 1/2 weeks off after the marathon and apparently missed Spring!! 71 degrees and 87% humidity. Summer marathon training in Ohio is tough!!

      I couldn't get anything in today.. flew back across the country and immediately to kids games... looks like I'm going to the Marlins/Reds game on the Fri night b4 the Pig.. you going to the expo on Sat??

      I will probably go on Friday. Kids will be in school and I can sneak down to the expo and not be rushed; and or made insane!

    FINALLY feeling better! Took it easy just trying to get the mileage vs. speed. Taper is not starting great, but I have gotten tons of sleep!!!

      way to come back! Hope you are still feeling better.. I have had a terrible week of only one run after my 20M last Sunday... work kicked my running to the curb this week.. but hopefully tomorrow! 2 more weeks!
