5 min warmup - 3.7mph .25 mi
.6 mile run- 11:45 pace
walk- 3.7mph until 1.25 mi
.4 mile run - 11:42 pace

time: 28.25 minutes (ish)

On the first .6 run- my lungs felt ugh and I felt a bit slow @ 5.1 mph. Felt HR was high but it wasn't.
On the 2nd .4 run- felt better cardio wise, HR was comfortable at 171 for the duration. The reason I stopped short is that I started to feel my left knee say 'what are you doing!' So instead of pushing it, I stopped and walked.

This run is the first one that I felt my body settle a bit into the run portion and also push me a bit. My knees fought me a bit but I listened and stopped. I had no glut issue. The stretching is getting better (I can hold longer and further). My glut started to ache a bit 1.5 hours after the run. A good sore.
