  1. RUN
    good 6 mi 00:57 09:31 pace

Loving the "short run" - it was hard to get out there but once I did it was over before I knew it - so much better than the 5-6 hours my long runs have been taking!

  2. RUN
    blah 23 mi 05:17 13:45 pace

Lots more walking than I would have preferred but I am really struggling with these miles mentally. Its hard to face the long miles alone!

  3. RUN
    10.55 mi 02:20 13:16 pace

estimating time, the first 2.25 didn't register on the garmin. Again, lots of walking... trying to take it easy so I can complete the dopey challenge in 40 days!

  4. RUN
    20 mi 04:12 12:34 pace

Not terrible pacing, but I walked 6 of the 20 miles. Ugh, but my first double digit run since F4F at the end of Sept!

  5. RUN
    blah 13.31 mi 02:24 10:47 pace

First 8-9 miles were great, ran about a 9:55 pace, then it all went down hill from here. A port a potty stop and 4 ish miles of (mostly walking) feeling like I was going to throw up.. not fun.

  6. RUN
    injured 7 mi 01:14 10:33 pace

mostly 4-1, some 3:30-1:30 in there. Also walked the first two minutes to loosen up the ankle. My ankle held out okay until mile 6.5 or so - decided it was best to cut the planned 13 mile run sho... read more

Good Idea To Play It Smart. But You've Got Good Dedication To Get Out There So Soon After An Injury.

  7. RUN
    4 mi 01:02 15:25 pace

4 mile "run/walk" with Natalie.. lots of walking involved after rolling my ankle..

  8. RUN
    good 4.14 mi 00:40 09:40 pace

  9. VELO
    4 mi 00:15:00 16.0mph pace

A bit of cycling to round out my cardio for the day!

  10. swim

First time back in the pool in a long time - swam about a half mile

  11. VELO
    4.15 mi 00:40 6.2mph pace

  12. RUN
    7 mi 01:33 13:21 pace

The pace is pretty terrible, but I had to keep slowing down to wait for the family to catch up and lots of walk breaks per Natalie's request. And what really matters is that I got some miles ... read more

Nice to pull that mileage out of nowhere! The pace obviously doesn't matter because it wasn't moving time, so don't worry about that. I'm continually impressed by your daughter!!

  13. RUN
    3.75 mi 00:57 15:17 pace

With Natalie, she wasn't feeling it! LOTS of walking!

  14. RUN
    4 mi 00:45 11:11 pace

ran part of thsi with Natalie

  15. RUN
    11.02 mi 01:54 10:19 pace

Started out slow, sped up too much around miles 8 and 9, suffered for it in miles 10 and 11. Oh well, got it done

  16. RUN
    good 4.02 mi 00:41 10:16 pace

first 1.5 (about 17-18 minutes) with Natalie

  17. RUN
    4.2 mi 00:43 10:19 pace

Ran the first 1.5 with Natalie, knee is still tender - hoping its from my fall late last week and the inner lower legs are still bothering me too, but I will ice and stretch and hope they get better!
