    Loving the "short run" - it was hard to get out there but once I did it was over before I knew it - so much better than the 5-6 hours my long runs have been taking!

    First 8-9 miles were great, ran about a 9:55 pace, then it all went down hill from here. A port a potty stop and 4 ish miles of (mostly walking) feeling like I was going to throw up.. not fun.

      Nice to pull that mileage out of nowhere! The pace obviously doesn't matter because it wasn't moving time, so don't worry about that. I'm continually impressed by your daughter!!

    Ran the first 1.5 with Natalie, knee is still tender - hoping its from my fall late last week and the inner lower legs are still bothering me too, but I will ice and stretch and hope they get better!

      Yay!! You're back!! Glad to hear Natalie still likes to run with you :) Just listen to the knee and hopefully all ouchiness from the fall last week will be gone soon.
