      well good for you for getting out there and putting in some miles. Even if it was a little shy of your goal. That's quite a path you ran today - reminds me of the family circus cartoons where the kids wander all over. In some ways I bet that's harder to keep going knowing you are so close to home - part of the reason I like getting dropped off away from home, it gives me motivation to keep going to get back. Keep hurdling yourself.

      Good article, Joe!! Thanks for sharing! I haven't seen a doc, but am considering it. I'm afraid they'll just say to strengthen my quads, which I already know I need to do.

      Good for you Jenny. I think those days when you force yourself to do something are the real challenge. Anything easy isn't worth as much in my opinion. Kudos to you. Keep up the great effort and I hope the low humidity stays.
